Nature Lover’s Kayaking Adventure!; Early Morning; Afternoon; Semi-Athletic; The Best of the NE; Activity Code: “KNLT”; Love Nature &; Kayaking , then this is your adventure! Tour includes kayaks, lifejackets, refreshments and two to three guides that will lead you across Las Croabas bay, while you enjoy the morning sun over the Atlantic Ocean!   As you leave the bay and enter a mystical channel that leads to a peaceful place where the mangroves create natural tunnels and the sights and sounds of nature surround you!  Once entering the channel wind and waves subside and the red mangrove trees start to close in the channel making natural tunnels! Paddling along tree iguanas start to appear on the shores and in the trees as they start to warm their bodies before the morning forage, spotted red mangrove crabs climb the tree as they avoid our kayaks, bird life starts to appear as the green heron screams out its threat call while above us the magnificent frigate bird scans the reddish brown waters for its next meal of fish, all this and more as you paddle in to the beautiful Laguna Grande!

This activity is for those who love nature! We start with the sunrise in the quaint fishing village located in Las Croabas (Fajardo).  The activity will start with pre-waiver orientation and Kayak-101 safety training, this will take about 45 minutes depending on group size.  At this point your activity will start, your guide will lead you to a beautiful channel surrounded by the four species of Mangroves, which is a sanctuary for the following wildlife,

As you glide through the channel your guide will be giving commentary on the above wildlife and the roll the Mangrove Forest plays in this fragile environment.  The trip through the channel of Las Cabezas de San Juan Reserve will take 30 minutes; at this point you will enter a beautiful lagoon called Laguna Grande here you will spend time relaxing with beautiful views of the Lighthouse for Fajardo and the El Yunque rain forest. Calm Quite paddling leads us to the far side of Laguna Grande, here your guide will gather the group into the wind and request you to hold!  Once he is on the sandy shore he will call one kayak at a time in and assist each guest out of the kayak, once all guest are out your guide will lead you across a small fishermen path to our break point at the beautiful “Seven Seas” Beach!  Here the group will have the opportunity to take a swim in the clear warm waters or sit in on a commentary about the seven eco systems found in his area!  As thirty minutes passes our break returns us to our kayaks and our return trip will start its run back to our starting point at Las Croabas fishing village.  This activity will take 1:45 to 2:00 hours in water time and is packed with sight and sounds of many of Puerto Rico’s Natural wonders!  Full at site tour duration is three hours rounded.          

Tour Includes the Following:
All needed kayaks (Doubles)  (U.S. Cost Guard Safety Inspected annually)  
Backrests, Paddles and leashes.
Lifejackets (PFD’s),  (U.S. Cost Guard Inspected).
Two to three CPR, First Aid & Navigation Certified Guides per-thirty – (30) Guests.  Number of guides 
may very based on group size, minimum number of guides with each group is two!
All needed safety equipment.
Commentary of the surrounding area and its Flora and Fauna.
Snacks – Assorted chips, crackers and cold bottle water.

Requirements to Participate: 
No – children under six, six through 17 with adult supervision. 
No- Alcohol or consumption of alcohol during said tour.
Combined weight not to exceed 450 pounds.
Ladies six months & further along in their pregnancy term. 
This tour is not suggested for people with any heart conditions, open heart surgeries, heart murmurs, 
taking high blood pressure medication, asthmatic, diabetic or has had any recent surgeries that may 
make it difficult to be seated in a tight position for up to two hours. 

What To Bring & What to Leave Behind:
To Bring:
Swim gear and a change of dry cloths for the ride back to the hotel.
If fair complected and burn easy, lightweight clothing white in color, long sleeves to help protect from the sun.
Towel/Towels as needed to dry off once back from the tour.
Light Weight sandals or strap-on water shoes.
Hats, sunglasses as needed to protect you against the sun!
Sun screen 50 SPF plus.
Waterproof Cameras, cameras (Bring at your owen Risk).
Leave Behind:
Note that the following are only suggestions! 
Digital Cameras or video if not waterproof.
Paper documentation important to you vacation, passports, boarding passes, birth-certificates or any others that you do not want to get wet.
Large sums of money, expensive or important jewelry, any thing that fits looped, loose and dangling.
Or anything that you would not want to loose, leave behind in a rental car or aboard said tour bus.

If you would like to make a booking and are traveling to PR in the months/weeks to come make your booking via e-mail as we can better assist you with your dates, weather, availability of seats, transportation, maps to said tour site if renting a car etc.  Please click the e-mail me link bellow and include the following info!
*Your Info - The name that the booking will be made under, an email address that we can forward your tour info to, names of others that are going on this tour, cell phone number to be used to contact you once on the island if cancellations or changes due to weather occur. 
Activity Code - for this tour is (KNLT) this will allow us to know the activity you are interested in!
*Your Travel Dates - and the dates you would like to book for this tour.
*Hotel you are staying at - this will help us with time frames to and from the tour site along with arranging transportation for you if needed.
*Will you need transportation? If so we can arrange round trip transportation picking you up at your hotel and returning you back after the tour.  If your planing to rent a car we can provide you with a map and contact info to help in locating the said tour site.  “Please explain your need”
*Number Of Persons/children in your group - this will assist us in gaining you better rates for groups of ten plus, and send you needed info if you are planing your trip with children, note that our minimum age to participate is six years and above.
*Sending you your booking confirmation - this will allow you a peace of mind that your booking is confirmed with us and allow you to print it out and provide it to our guides at the tour site, this will also include reminders about things to bring & things to leave behind along with phone numbers to contact us if you need additional info once in PR!
